Utility Assistance for Seniors

The Pasco County Department of Human Services is able to assist county residents aged 60 and over with past due utility bills twice during the year. This program was funded through the Department of Elder Affairs and the Area Agency on Aging. Residents must meet certain income eligibility requirements and have a past due utility bill or a shut off notice from the power company.

For more information or if you have questions, please call the Human Services Port Richey office at 727-834-3297 or the Dade City office at 352-521-5173.
