You Say You Made a Resolution: Part 1 - Quit Smoking
It's a new year and it's time to start taking action on those resolutions you made! Many people pledge to quit smoking everyday. Some manage, some don't. Most ex-smokers made more than one unsuccessful attempt to quit before the quit "stuck".
If you are ready to throw out the smokes, the Florida Department of Health has some support to offer! Call the QuitLine at 1-877-U-CAN-NOW or visit their website for more information.
